Force-quit the app and relaunch. Your stats, coins, and unlocks are saved automatically and won't be lost. If it keeps happening, email the address above with your device model and iOS version.
Most classes are available from the start in the Locker Room. A few elite classes unlock as you build a win streak — check the banner on the Home screen for how many more wins you need.
Progress is currently stored locally on your device only, so reinstalling or switching devices will reset it. Cloud sync/backup is being considered for a future update.
